Blended Barrel-Aged Stout with Toasted Coconut, a Sump Coffee, Vanilla Beans and a touch of Fresh Ground Cinnamon! A collaboration with our friends at The Veil, Weldwerks, and Other Half. We each selected barrels for this blended base and then treated individually with our own combination of adjuncts! The final blend was aged in a variety of barrels (Weller 6, 7 & 12 yr, Blanton's, Rittenhouse Rye, Old Fitzgerald) for a range of 12 to 37 months.
