We bottled this breakfast delight, aging a blonde ale for 10 months in barrels with two prior lives: maturing bourbon, then hosting maple syrup. Malted oats, wheat, and lactose all collaborate on a full mouthfeel, and the oak lends notes of vanilla and caramel, which blend seamlessly with the drizzle of fresh syrup in each barrel.
