Saisons may be one of the world’s most perfect beer styles. They blend crisp drinkability with a deep complexity, so that with every sip, we’re able to discover a new layer of flavor. We brewed and dry hopped this single-hop saison with Cashmere hops, a variety known for its citrusy, herbal aromas. Expect notes of straw and grain with a hint of lemon, and a spicy dry finish from the use of a traditional farmhouse yeast.
