We partnered with Bale Breaker Brewing Company to brew a Double IPA with Wet and Fresh Kilned Simcoe, picked and flown day of brew from Loftus Ranches in Yakima Valley. Wet hops were added to every vessel in the brew house. Double dry hopped with the fresh kilned hops. Simcoe gives a bright grapefruit and tropical character to this easy drinking double IPA.
