The Hoboken Brewing Company team spent a week at Sierra Nevada in Chico, California brewing this hoppy pils on Sierra Nevada's R&D system. This small-batch golden colored lager has a delicate nose reminiscent of oatmeal and honey. The mild sweetness is a perfect balance to the bright Summit, Citra, Equinox, and Magnum hop flavors. As NJ's newest brewery coming to market later this Summer, Hoboken Brewing wanted to debut with this rare joint effort.
