This gose was brewed with Sea Salt from La Laguna de Cuyutlán, carefully harvested from the ancient salt beds of Colima once used by the Aztecs over 500 years ago. Traditional salineros harvest this salt by hand using an organic, 100% renewable process and evaporated naturally by the sun to protect the environment and wildlife. We barrel aged this gose for over 12 months in tequila barrels which were previously used for aging fine bourbon.
