Ale aged in Wine Barrels A blend of 60% foudre aged funky Belgian style beers with 3 strains of added Brettanomyces and 40% Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0. Tart, hoppy, fruity Brettanomyces aromas, and oak, a lot going on in this beer. Additionally there are some curious herbal notes on the nose from some of the blend components.
