Пиво Experimental IPA #11 (Eclipse, Galaxy, Vic Secret) - Superflux Beer Company

This IPA is dry hopped with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Eclipse for a full depth of Australian hop character. It was fermented with a different yeast strain than we normally use in our Hazy IPAs which gives a slightly more pronounced fruity ester profile. It was also dry-hopped at a much greater rate than our usual IPAs.
