Пиво Experimental Non-Alcoholic IPA #37 (Citra) - Superflux Beer Company

This release is about as experimental as our Experimental IPA series has ever been, with something completely new to us in absolutely every way. So, let's be real here. If you're expecting this Non-alcoholic IPA to taste exactly the same as our other IPAs, it doesn't. And that's because it doesn't have any alcohol in it... and our other IPAs do. This is not one of our IPAs with the alcohol removed. Frankly, we don’t even know how to do that! Instead, we used a special yeast designed to produce non-alcoholic (or very low-in-alcohol) beer. Our normal house yeast plays a huge role in the character of our IPAs interacting with the hops in several ways, adding its own flavour and helping hop oils undergo a process called bio-transformation, blah blah blah… Anyway, none of that occurs here! So it’s different. Got it?!?! One of the key differences between this IPA and its boozy counterparts is the aroma. For this Non-alcoholic IPA, the dry hop presents itself in the aroma in a much more 'raw hop pellet' way than we're used to. The flavour is a delightful combination of orange creamsicle and lemon rind, with a pleasant lingering sweetness.
