Пиво Indulgeousness - Vanilla (2022) - Superflux Beer Company

For this version of Indulgeousness we brewed our regular stout base and then added 4 different types of Vanilla. We think Vanilla is one of the most delicious flavours out there and this beer is designed to showcase that. The majority of the Vanilla beans used were Tahitian (sweet dark fruit, tobacco, fudge, caramel) with lower amounts of beans from Madagascar (plum, date), Indonesia (cherry, fig), and Mexico (woody, earthy). The idea was to get a slightly different character from each region and combine them to create the most complex and full Vanilla flavour possible. For reference, last years version contained roughly equal parts of 3 vanilla bean types above, but no Indonesian beans were used. Random trivia, Indonesia just changed their capital city from Jakarta to Nusantara last week.
