A little slice of paradise from the tropics of Clark Drive. This version of The Creamery is bursting with tropical fruit character combined with notes of creamy custard and crumble topping. We brewed our regular Creamery base recipe and then added loads of passionfruit purée and vanilla and a bit of tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon.
