Our Belgian inspired double wit with coriander and orange peel fermented with the Bastogne yeast strain used back in our brewpub days! This yeast provides beautiful phenolic and ester characters that compliment the hop bill. For this batch, the hop bill was changed to 100% Mandarina Bavaria hops, which are relatives of Cascade hops. This gives characters similar to a cross of Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc in terms of spice and fruit.
