One of our most special releases yet, a blend of a number of our barrel-aged sour beers, including some barrels from our first ever sour brew nearly 4 years ago, and some from the first brew of Somerset Wild.

The Blend is an expression of what we do and why we do it. is is a celebration of our love a air with wild yeast, sour beers, slow maturation, barrel-ageing and blending.

We put a 10 year best before date on our bottles as the wild yeasts will continue to age this blend adding complexity and depth. Nobody knows what it will taste like in 10 years time or how long it will continue to age for after that so buy one to drink now and one to get dusty on your top shelf!
