I am Brut is our foray into the wonderful world of super dry Brut IPAs.
Using Glucoamylase - an enzyme which breaks down even more starch from the malts into fermentable sugars - the final beer becomes very dry, with even more of the beer's contents fermented by our hungry yeast.
A global mix of hops including some American, German and New Zealand varieties gives the beer a unique mix of grape, melon and citrus on the aroma. Bitter, woody, dry and with subtle citrus notes.
