The third instalment of our single-hopped Milkshake series! This time we supercharge New Zealand's fruity, musky Nelson Sauvin with lactose! The wine-like grapefruit notes of the hop are smoothed out by the creamy texture delivered by the addition of lactose, with the hops added to the brew late to ensure maximum flavour was drawn out and keep the bitterness from overtaking the creamy sweetness. Hints of tropical fruits finish things off, but you'll never really find them because you'll be straight in for your next sip.
