Stay Gold is a sour ale fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast and conditioned on fresh raspberries, and lime zest. No doubt about it, the aroma of this beer is a fresh raspberry bush. At first, it has a sharp acidity, but that's quickly neutralized by the sweet raspberry. An addition of pink sea salt smoothed out the mouth feel with a balanced salinity that also lets the lime zest shine in the finish. It was bottle conditioned to express a vibrant carbonation that we think is just right!
