Hoppy Golden Ale - We got our hands on some Zappa hops and have been thinking about how to showcase this super unique variety in the best way possible. Zappa comes from the Neomexicanus subspecies of hops that has been growing in the American Southwest for as long as we can trace back. These hops seem to speak to everyone a little differently; citrus, pineapple, mint, pine and pepper are just some of the flavours and aromas our team has mentioned. We thought that the best way to present this and really get a feel for this hop was in a crisp, straight forward crusher - Zappa Gold Hoppy Golden Ale is born.
