Cognitive Bias is an evolution of Whereabouts, our mixed fermentation ale brewed with spelt triticale and white wheat, conditioned in new French oak wine barrels. Aged for over 6 months, Cognitive Bias is dry hopped with “Pink“, a novel hop varietal grown by our friends at Jackson Farms in Wilder, Idaho. Layered with notes of tropical fruit, bubblegum, strawberry and mixed berries, Cognitive Bias further offers rich notes of oak, making this a unique beverage experience. Enjoy!
