For this rendition of Double Shot, we steeped pumpkin flesh and autumn spices in the finished beer to create an autumn-inspired treat. The resulting beer conjures perceptions of fresh-baked pumpkin pie and gingerbread cookies. The pumpkin and gingerbread character overwhelms the coffee, which leaves just a tiny but important impression on the palate. This is a fun treat and one we look forward to tinkering with in the future.
