Our Jam! Eureka w/Mosaic is brewed for the first time in a while utilizing the fresh and pungent Mosaic crop! She explodes with dank citrus fruit on the nose and the palate, and finishes cleanly with light bits of cracker malt. Someone forgot to tell it that it's only 4.1% alcohol. A beautiful and flavorful, yet delicate and highly drinkable beer. We just love it.
