For this rendition of Impermanence, we added extra layers of maple and ever so lightly roasted marshmallows to give a campfire and smore-like appeal to this coffee stout. The smell is familiar and intoxicating, featuring notes of fresh roasted coffee, marshmallow, graham cracker, chocolate, and maple. With several dessert-like attributes, we imagine this beer as a great afternoon treat in the last of the winter cold.
