Nomad Oak is a Czech dark lager (tmavé pivo) brewed with authentic light and dark floor malted barley, an assortment of roasted malts, and carefully selected noble hops. Following primary conditioning, it is laid to rest in American Oak for an indeterminate amount of time to soften its flavor profile and to allow us to capture its moment of peak maturity.
