Perhaps our affinity for the New Zealand waterfront is born out of our travels along our home states coastline. A stones throw from the hop fields, situated between Motueka and Nelson, we found ourselves in awe of the idyllic beauty of Ruby Bay, a small alcove in the Tasman sea. Ruby Bay is a modern pilsner brewed with a blend of New Zealand-grown hops! Nelson, Riwaka and our newest infatuation, Peacharine are on full display in this crisp Pilsner. Ruby Bay carries ebullient notes of citrus, lime, sauvignon blanc, and ripe stone fruits, a truly inspired addition to our growing line of dry hopped lagers.
