Batch: 001 No of bottles: 480 Time in barrels: 8 months. Titratable Acidity 9,5 g/L ALC 5,6% VOL. 750 ml Snappy and radiant like the first strike of sunlight. We used fresh ginger root in a refreshing and light wheat beer. We let the beer rest in freshly emptied wine barrels in company with different strains of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. After 8 months in barrels and 8 months in bottles this bright barrelaged sour ale is ready with an unmistakable burst and bite of ginger, lemon and slight funk.
