Named after EP album of Dream Theater. The title track from which was originally slated to be released on the album Images and Words, but was instead released as an EP. This is our former Image and Words Grape ale barrel aged and infected in white oak wine barrels for 10 months. This is single barrel beer from barrel I. Tart and funky from Brettanomyces and wild yeast with trace of acidic notes only.
