Named after 25th years anniversary of the most famous album of a prog-metal band Dream Theater. This is very special beer brewed with lot of californian white wine grape which brings both aroma, flavor and haziness, fermented by beligan yeast and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin with addition of Amarillo. So its as experimental and complex as Dream Theater's music:)
