WARM DAWN is a strong, hoppy, and bitter West Coast IPA. Brewed for the Alpha King Challenge – the Yakima Chief Hops and 3 Floyds Brewery competition to determine the most well-balanced and drinkable hop-forward beer of 60+ IBUs (International Bitterness Units). We use Columbus throughout the boil followed by a heavy dose of Columbus and Citra in the whirlpool. On the dry-hop we finish the beer with Chinook, Amarillo, and Citra. Strong, hoppy, and bitter.
