Пиво The Oyster Bar Bock - Weeping Radish Farm Brewery

Enjoy this special collaborative oyster beer that was brewed especially for Coastal Provisions Oyster Bar. With their Oysters and our German touch, we made this awesome Oyster Bock. It pours almost jet black with a tan creamy head. The first sip is clean and smooth. The finish is balanced with notes of chocolate and roast coffee and a restrained bitterness. The oysters lend a silky and creamy body as well as a slight salinity to the finish. This bock pairs excellently with all meats, spicy dishes, and raw oysters. It also pairs well virtually with any food due to it's light and unobtrusive flavors despite the 7.3% ABV.
