This year, Tom graduated from delivery driver and occasional mash-tun digger, to a fully-fledged full time brewer. With renewed enthusiasm and vigour, this gas-fuelled turbo charged chap is virtually on fire. This is a classic pale ale, brewed with the addition of fresh root ginger. This complex beer also has a hint of lemon citrus.
