In celebration of the 148th Kentucky Derby, we created an exclusive high-gravity strong ale destined for barrel-aging. After spending 17 months in eight-year-old Blanton's barrels, fresh mint was added to create our take on the Kentucky Derby Classic: The Mint Julep. Bourbon takes the lead on flavor, followed by bright mint and oak, which provide a sweet finish that gives the perfect balance to the lofty ABV on this rare barrel-aged delight.
