We had a good ol' HOOT when our buddies from Resident Culture Brewing Co came to brew with us a handful of weeks back. We are super-stoked to release this collaboration Pilsner-style lager, dry-hopped with Motueka and Saaz hops. Featuring a delicate Pilsner malt sweetness from the nearly 100% use of Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner malt, but still finishes dry and crisp. It has a super-clean fermentation profile, allowing the fruit character from the Motueka dry hop to shine, expressing notes of sweet lime, lemon zest, and a hint of papaya, which are a nice contrast to the herbal and earthy notes lent by the Saaz. Crispi, clean and refreshing.
