This is the third collab we’ve done with our buds at Resident Culture Brewing and, if we may say so, they get better every time. The RC crew has developed a reputation for brewing some of the best IPAs in the game, so when they joined us out in Colorado recently we jumped at the chance to brew one together. The viciously fruity combo of Citra, Strata, and Talus hops give this beer massive grapefruit notes with pineapple, fresh OJ, strawberry jam, and just a touch of lemon grass to finish it off.
