In this follow up to Spaghetti Gose, our first ever savory sour, we used over 600lbs of fire roasted tomatoes, sea salt, chili powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin to perfectly recreate the flavor and aroma of street tacos, but in a beer! We took things a step further by partnering with the geniuses at Horsetooth Hot Sauce to create a completely unique hot sauce, based on their venerable The Green Hot Sauce, but aged for an extended amount of time in a freshly emptied Medianoche barrel, which was dubbed Taco Noche. And to bring the experience full circle, we aged our beloved Taco Gose in the Taco Noche hot sauce barrel (formerly a Medianoche barrel, also formerly a bourbon barrel). That's you how you GABF!
