Medianoche: Celestial Peanut Butter started as two casks of Imperial Stout aged for 21 months in freshly-emptied ten-year-old Forester Birthday Bourbon barrels. The blend was then aged for an additional six months in two freshly-emptied peanut butter whiskey barrels. After a combined 26 months of barrel-aging, this decadent doozy was finished on a blend of chopped peanuts and peanut flour. Salut!
