This Single Barrel Medianoche had such a caramel and chocolate nose to it we decided it deserved special treatment. After being aged in 15 year old William Heaven Hills barrels for 22 months we aged on top of caramel, Chocolate, Caoco Nibs, Graham Crackers and a few vanilla beans.
