Pale ale brewed with local spruce tips foraged by our staff and volunteers from Reading Amateur Brewers. The flavour of spruce tips biotransform as fermentation occurs, resulting in unique notes of gingerbread and Cola/ 'Dr Pepper' in the finished beer.
