Our new hazy IPA is a limited run of kegs we created on the Pilot System here at YellowBelly HQ, so don’t expect to see it around for long! This beer is as pale as our Marketing Manager Seamus, thanks to a base of Pilsner Malt, Wheat and Flaked Oats and has a great hazy appearance from the use of a New England yeast strain. We’ve used A LOT of our favourite hop Citra at four different stages during fermentation as well as multiple dry hop additions alongside a healthy dose of Colombus in the whirlpool to ensure an incredible aroma & taste right through the pint. The result is ‘Hazing Saddles’ and comes in at a respectable 6.8%. Appearance: Hazy Pale Yellow Aroma: Pine & Intense Citrus Fruits Taste: Expect juicy citrus flavours all the way down the glass, where you might pick up punchy grapefruit, pineapple and a hint of lime.
