Matcha green tea IPA. A creamy, hazy malt base of Chateau Pilsen and Oats, and an ABV of 6.9% is the perfect base to allow the later additions to sing. Those late arrivals include Matcha Green Tea, Lactose (You cant have tea without milk!), and lashings of tropical hops. ☕️ The resulting beer is #bursting with aromas of lychee,citrus fruit+ honeydew melon,this carries through to the flavour where the Matcha also makes an appearance.The tea addition brings a nutty+herbal balance to the beer, with a sweet creamy full bodied finish rounding things off.
