Пиво Guayabita - Zurc Bräuhaus

A beer that looks, smells and taste like guava juice. We took a dunkelweizen base using dunkelweizen wheat and german wheat yeast strain but lowered its alcohol and infused it with Rosemary and guava pulp. We asp add plenty of mosaic, nelson, citra and motueka to match ul the fruity nature of guava and spiking ibu to around 35. We mashed very light to yield it light in body to optimize a refreshing juicy overall feel. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we had fun making it.
