Пиво Brew Barista Sorachi Stout - Accidental Brewery

This is our second milk stout. We have used Sorachi ace hops and coffee supplied by Brew in Lancaster. The coffee is single origin Brazilian, Rainha da Paz from North Star, we generously added this to the flameout and as cold brew in the fermenter. An addition of lactose gives the beer some extra body and sweetness. We also used maple syrup in the tank. 8 different malts/adjuncts were used in the grist.
