Пиво Brut IPA - Accidental Brewery

This is our first brut (dry) IPA style beer. We managed to achieve a final gravity of 0.999. Malt used was Maris Otter pale with large quantities of Citra hops used in the whirlpool and double dry hopped, to avoid adding too much bitterness to the finished beer.
