Yet another NEIPA "style" beer from Accidental. This time using cryo-lupulin hop powder. Simcoe and Ekuanot. Used in moderation at whirlpool - 70C and two dry hop additions, the first at 2 days, during active fermentation. The malt bill is Crisp Maris Otter Pale ale malt, Carapils, dextrose and oats. Yeast used is East Coast Ale Yeast, WLP008. The entire beer was brewed and packaged to keg in 7 days.
