Saison w/ Lemongrass & Meyer Lemon AROMA: Classic saison, featuring an estery backbone of pear, slight banana, apple and spice (think clove-y) deeply and intensely fruity and complex. APPEARANCE: Golden with a meringue like fluffy white head. FLAVOUR: Bright, light, fresh and fruity. Lemongrass plays nicely with the estery goodness of the french saison yeast, adding depth and a distinct citrusy zing. Perfect for nice weather sippin' chillin' and grillin'. MOUTHFEEL: Medium bodied, smooth with a zippy carbonation.
