For our second iteration in our “I Know” series, we decided to put every hop we have into Choose Wisely, our Triple IPA! Galaxy, Strata, Simcoe, Nectron, & Citra are all packed into one BIG BOULDER OF A BEER.⁠ ⁠ Aromas of tropical fruit are most pungent in this citrus forward beer, along with slight earthy, piney flavors to bring it all together. This beer is heavily oated to give a smoother, yet fuller-bodied mouthfeel. ⁠ ⁠ For the can design, we chose our two winners from this year's art show, Dave and Katie to team up and work together on one beautiful can label! In Dave's words: "Katie and I both made our own 'half' of the label, working with the Indiana Jones grail scene as the main focus. We opted to play with the idea of 'he chose poorly / he chose wisely' as the main idea. There are a few small Star Wars references as well!"⁠
