Silver Tuna is an Imperial Porter that was brewed with Vietnamese Cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg and brown sugar all from our very own kitchen. We rounded it out with even more cinnamon and nutmeg in the fermenter to really bring the holiday spirit alive in this beer. The cinnamon grabs you on the nose, with the nutmeg finishing off your palate and just a touch of sweetness from the brown sugar makes this winter warmer a special treat.
