It is with great pleasure that we present to you our new recipe "Idys", which means sweet in taste or smell (delicious and fragrant). A few words about the protagonist of our new recipe, the raspberry. The red raspberry, also known by the French name framboise, is a wild fruit of the forest and one of the most beloved berries along with the blueberry. It belongs to the most popular and tastiest superfoods with significant nutritional value, as it contains vitamin C, iron, plant fibers, antioxidants, as well as minimal calories. The species name "idaeus" (Idiaeus - Zeus) refers to its occurrence on Mount Ida near Troy in northwestern Turkey, where the Achaeans first encountered it during the Trojan War.
