Featuring a traditional malt foundation of barley, oats, and rye, our version of this Belgian-style farmhouse ale is unfiltered and unusually hopped with English noble hops. This medium-bodied, straw-colored ale has been spiced with ginger, coriander and star anise to balance the fruity esters and compliment the beautifully dry finish.
