This beer is a twist on the Blonde Ale style brewed for the holiday season. We add cocoa powder to the fermenter as well as the aging tanks to give this holiday treat a nice subtle chocolate flavor. We also used lactose in the brewkettle to add a touch of sweetness to the chocolate. The addition of White Wheat helps give the beer a nice silky body.
