A non-traditional take on the traditional German-style Pilsner. Flaked oats were used to provide a soft, pillowy body supported with a touch of Vienna and Munich malts for rounded biscuit and toasted notes. Mandarina Bavaria hops were used to provide slight spicy noble hop characteristics as well as tangerine and citrus notes. Mosaic hops were used to help bring out more earthy and fruity blueberry characteristics.
