The Marzen style lager is characterized by a medium to full body, a malty flavor, and a clean dry finish. Our interpretation of the style results in a beer is a great representation of the style that would impress any Oktoberfest goer. We used a combination of 2-Row, Munich, Caramel, and Carapils barley malts along with the most Noble of hops Hallertau and Tettenang. The resulting beer is one that provides a malty sweetness with a slight bitterness and spice, while still being very drinkable.
